1. Data Deletion Callback URL

For compliance with Meta Platform requirements, our data deletion callback URL is:

This URL is registered with Meta and can be used to initiate or verify data deletion requests.

2. How to Request Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by:

• Emailing us at ram@actionpackd.com from your registered email address
• Using the Delete Account option in your dashboard Settings page
• Submitting a request through the contact form on our website

We will process your request within 30 days and confirm completion via email.

3. What Data Is Deleted

When you request deletion, we permanently remove the following data:

• Your account profile and authentication credentials
• WhatsApp Business API credentials and access tokens
• Contact lists uploaded to the platform
• Message templates and campaign history
• Conversation history and message logs
• Webhook event data and analytics records

4. Data We Retain

We may retain minimal data where required by law, such as:

• Billing and transaction records for tax and accounting purposes
• Aggregated, anonymized analytics that cannot identify you
• Records necessary to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes

5. Meta Data Deletion

When you delete your Actionpackd account, we also revoke any authorized Meta WhatsApp Business API connections and remove stored Meta access tokens from our systems. Meta may retain certain data according to their own data policies. For requests specifically related to Meta, you may also contact Meta directly through their platform.
